1 Introductions, apologies and substitutions
The Llywydd welcomed Members to the meeting. Jane Dodds sent her apologies.

The Minutes of the previous meeting were agreed for publication.
3 Organisation of Business
3.1 This week's business
Tuesday
The Llywydd informed Business Committee that the First Minister will be answering FMQs remotely due to travel on official business.
Wednesday
Business Committee noted that only nine questions were tabled to the Minister for Climate Change for answer this week.
Business Committee agreed to a request from members of the Culture, Communications, Welsh, Language, Sport and International Relations Committee to change the order of debates on Wednesday so that Members can contribute to the Plaid Cymru debate on Women’s Health, before travelling to North Wales for committee business. Business Committee would return to the discussion of the principles of Members absence from Plenary in order to attend other Senedd business at a future meeting.
The Trefnydd stated that she had raised the issue of Ministers being present in the Chamber in good time for their items of business at Cabinet.

4.1 Letter from the Chair of the Legislation, Justice and Constitution Committee
Business Committee considered the letter from the Legislation, Justice and Constitution Committee and the points raised about the opportunities for Member Bills in the Committee’s recent report on the Welsh Government’s Legislative Consent Memorandum on the British Sign Language Bill. Business Committee agreed to consider a paper regarding the potential for reviewing the Member Bill selection process.
